Objective

Provide and strengthen technical knowledge on the management of agricultural crops through the effective implementation and maintenance of Good Agricultural / Manufacturing Practices in order to ensure that risks to food safety are reduced from planting, warehouse management, transportation and until this becomes a processed product in its primary stage.

Overview

With an 8-hour session, Good Agricultural Practices will provide and strengthen the technical foundations established by local regulations, as well as FAO recommendations for sustainable agriculture and the basic requirements under other GFSI and FSMA schemes, finally the participant will develop skills for exercise control of the programs in the agricultural, storage or packaging field and the effective verification in the implementation and maintenance of this program.
